The latest update to The Lost Ark brings a fun new pet ranch for player strongholds, and new event raids, cosmetic items.
Under The Arkesian Sun update Pet Ranch feature introduces player strongholds, introducing a number of new mechanics related to player pet collections. The update also brings back Event Raids to mix Lost Ark's PvE content along with a variety of futuristic cosmetic items and mounts.
The latest update to Lost Ark is titled Under The Arkesian Sun, the title highlights the theme of summer fun at the seasonal Maharaka Festival, where players take part in recreational activities at the Maharaka Paradise water park. The main attraction of this update is the new pet ranch located inside the player's stronghold. Pet Ranch allows player's pets to train and strengthen, while generating resources include Lost Ark Gold and gaining pet expertise to level up, while producing jam cookies that can be redeemed for unique rewards. Pets deplete morale while giving birth and restore morale by Buy Lost Ark Gold and hanging out with other pets.
This update also includes the new event Guardian as an interesting variant of the Lost Ark Guardian raid. Players at level 50 or higher with at least level of 250 players can challenge groups of three event guardians that drop stacking buffs. Once all three Guardians are defeated, players will receive Lost Ark Gold which can be redeemed at the event vendor for various rewards. In terms of appearance, futuristic new wing armor and neon weapon skins are available for a limited time, as well as stylish wing bikes and various cute Shiba Inu pets.
The Maharaka Festival runs until September 28, so players still have plenty of time for the summer festivities. It's also important to note that players will only have access to the new Shiba Inu Pet Collection and Wings cosmetic set until September 28th.
